CAN we do DOE in JASP?
If I want to know if my result is generally significant (so I can take the H1 for ex.) - which p value do I take ? the one which is listened in the model summary or the one listened in wall statistic at the Coefficients list?
Thank you for this incredible contribution!
Well done Jasp colleagues! A perfect add and useful contribution!! Thanks a lot!!
ggplot style plotting was so easy with jasp, nice!
How to get the MPS in jasp?
How JASP handle missing data? Some passengers does not have age on the data set. Thank you!
Nice. But how can we analyse the Dynamic Bayesian Network (DBN) (longitudinal data) using JASP? Does JASP supprot DBN?
ive never wanted to die more than i do having to write this goddamn paper
I am doing a meta-analysis now but the standard error of the effect size is not available. I heard that I can use sample size as an alternative, can you please give me the formula? Or a better solution
Is it possible to conduct a moderator analysis using this module? Meaning, could I have the analysis check, whether results differ between some subgroups of studies?
Is it possible to conduct a moderator analysis using this module? Meaning, could I have the analysis check, whether results differ between some subgroups of studies?
I have problem ın jasp my above column got smalled. How can I fix it?
I don’t understand anything: I have to take stats for my psych major. Math is irrelevant to me and useless and having ADHD won’t make this easy for me. FML
I can’t believe I have to take stats for my psych major 😭 I already hate math and having ADHD isn’t helpful and my professor doesn’t seem interested to helping me when the course starts
Thank You
Please help me becausey content poor
why are not adding model stability plot and edges accuracy plot to JASP NA? its available in R.
amazing!!
Can you, in some of the following videos, explain the application of Bayesian Mann-Whitney? It could be useful for nonparametric/non normal data, but I have difficulties in understanding effect size and associated parameters in such instances.
excellent intro to Bayesian methods
This is superb
I really enjoy JASP. It is already a powerful tool that seems to have a huge potential to grow.
Any videos about the multi variable regression?!
how to have the odd ratio for the univariate next to i the odd ratio for the multivariable (adjusted OR) ?
I'm in medicine and part of my PhD is cooperating with a psychology prof who is adamant to use Bayesian analyses in JASP. You've saved my paper, probably owe you a beer.
I don't like the way you edit data in Jasp. Much prefer SPSS data manipulation. But yes, it's a decent program.
Great content 👍, poor audio setup 😕. (A simple pop filter would have already improved the audio quality significantly)
"jim carrey depression" is a ripe subject matter for me!
Great job!
TYVM good sir, GBU
18:57 Does anyone explain the weighted function? And the graphics showed immediately after it?
How can I choose Couchy prior correctly? from which I can have it. It sounds confusing since it may create bias😨
Thank you. That was quite useful. Can I ask what is the role of the PEESE model? When using the PET-PEESE model, you only interpreted the PET estimate and not the PEESE estimate. You also say that PET identifies the possibility of publication bias, but PEESE corrects for it. Which of the two model estimates (PET or PEESE) would be correct to interpret? Thanks.
I think he meant that after using the PET model and the estimate are significant for publication bias, then you may go and see the result of the PEESE model which corrects for the significant result of the publication bias. He did not interpret PEESE since there is no need for correcting the publication bias because it was not significant.
Thank you for this excellent tutorial!
I am approaching now to meta analysis. A simple and maybe stupid question. When i perform MA on prevalence what I have to use the proportion value or the % value?
Blur view
While S10 - De Diepte was a quality sensation. JASP looks like a quantitative master. Thank you the Netherlands!
Question regarding a paired t-test and informed prior t distribution. How do you determine the parameters such as scale & degrees of freedom?
Hi. a really helpful video. but howw do u get the ES and SE for individual studies???? Please help
Color nodes by group option is missing in the latest version of JASP, how i can enable it?
I have the same issue. Have you try to solve it?
This is awesome! Now, I can teach my students stats in research using this SPSS-like software. Thank you soooo much for this!
how do you importr 0? my data is in a excel csv, and it wont import a data that has only 0 in it
This looks excellent, I will check it out !
I love JASP. I am soon publishing a journal article and will cite JASP to support this amazing open-acces software. I absolutely detest SPSS now 🐔🔥😂
Hi, thx for share, this will be beneficial in my thesis to adjust overall scores, thx.
what is this posterior distribution representing? is it a posterior distribution of paramaters? Is it the difference in two posterior distributions with one being the posterior distribution of mean from first sample and second being posterior distribution of mean of second sample? little more could have been explained. How did it get probability of mean for prior distribution?
Hi, I've found this video and I think it's really useful for beginners. I have a question: I searched for the Pet - peese as you show in the video, but I couldn't find it. I don't know if I've done something wrong.
Hi, perhaps you may not have the most recent version of JASP? Many of these features were only included shortly after the video was posted
Hi would you please guide to how to perform meta-analysis for dependent groups?? Please if you have any video??
the explanation of logistic regression is clear. i appreciate it. but how do we analyse data with three outcomes as the dependent variable (Ordinal). thank you
Hello. Do you know how can ordinal logistic regression be analyzed in JASP. We have the same issue.
